TalkTips Academy collects the following types of data to provide and improve our educational services:

  • Personal Information: Name, Email Address, Phone Number (for account creation and communication).
  • App Activity: Course progress, task completion metrics, and test scores.
  • Audio Recordings: Voice snippets recorded during pronunciation exercises. These are processed strictly for AI analysis and feedback.
  • Device Information: General device identifiers to ensure app compatibility and security.

How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting and AI pronunciation processing APIs) strictly for the purpose of delivering the core functionality of the TalkTips Academy app. All third-party providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Data Security

Data collected by TalkTips Academy is encrypted in transit and at rest. We employ industry-standard security protocols to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your personal information.

Data Deletion

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion:

  1. Send an email to support@talktips.academy with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your account.
  3. Our support team will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.

Note: Once deleted, your account, progress, and audio recordings cannot be recovered.
